PGB TRADE MASTER

1.	ELIGIBILITY	Individuals/ Proprietorship/ Partnership/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)/ Pvt. Ltd. Co./ Public Ltd. Co/ Trust/ Societies & Co-operative Societies (registered and incorporated under applicable law) having GST Registration No. (wherever applicable) & valid Udyam Registration No. (URN) for MSME Borrower.
2.	PURPOSE	Facility under the scheme shall be provided for genuine business needs, not prohibited by applicable law: To meet the Working Capital requirement. Term Loan for the following purposes: Purchase/ Construction/ Renovation of Business Premises, Offices / Shop/ Godown etc. Purchase of Equipment/ Vehicles etc for business activities (2nd hand not allowed). Any other purpose whereby asset is created out of Bank’s finance for the purpose of running the business.
3.	EXTENT OF LIMIT/ LOAN	Above ₹10.00 lakh to ₹200.00 lakh
4.	SECURITY	Primary – Hypothecation of assets created out of the Bank finance along with entire current assets and non-current assets (Present & Future) of the unit. Collateral – Advance shall be covered by collaterals in the form of Immovable property (IP) & Bank’s approved liquid security. Coverage under CGTMSE also available.
5.	MARGIN	20%
6.	RATE OF INTEREST*	Starting from 8.50% p.a. *(linked to Repo Rate, subject to change from time to time)*
