Overview

• The Kiosk Banking Solution facilitates on-line real time Banking Services at BC Locations.
• Under KBS, the following Banking Services are available at the BC Locations: 

• Customer Enrollment for Opening of Accounts in the CBS system 
• Cash Withdrawal 
• Cash Deposit
• Transfer of Funds
• Customer Enrollment for Social Security Schemes (PMSBY, PMJJBY, APY)

Customers are requested / informed as under: 

1. Please do not pay cash without computer printed receipt. 
2. Any cash transaction without computer printed receipt will not be valid. 
3. All charges are payable against computer printed receipt only. 
4. To do all transactions with the authorized BC Agent only. 
5. Please get your Passbook updated from Bank Branch. 

Note: Above said Services can be provided through Micro-ATM also. In case of any issue, please contact Base Branch Manager.
