In order to offer an effortless and hassle free ATM PIN generation facility to our customers, GREEN PIN/ OTP Based ATM CARD PIN has been implemented in our Bank. Customers can set their ATM PIN instantly through their registered mobile number using the following:

1. Through Sponsored Bank (i.e. PNB) ATM Machine.

2. Through PGB Mobile Banking App.

Please follow the following SOP:

STEP -1: OTP GENERATION

A) Please send SMS DCPIN <space> <ATM CARDNUMBER> to 8512011115 from registered mobile number for active debit card. Then immediately on successful validation of your card/mobile number,
system will send 6 digits OTP on registered mobile number with validity of 72 hours.

OR

B) Visit PNB ATM and Insert your Debit Card. Select Language  Click on Generate PIN  Click on OTP Generation.
Then OTP (valid for 72 hours) will be received on registered mobile number.

STEP -2: SETTING OF ATM PIN

A) Using PNB ATM Machine : Visit PNB ATM and Insert your Debit Card. Select Language  Click on Generate PIN 
Click on “OTP Validation”  Enter 6 digit OTP (received on registered mobile)  Click on Yes  Enter your New ATM PIN  Re-enter your New PIN. Then, your new PIN will get set.

OR

B) Using PGB Mobile Banking :

i. Login to PGB m-Banking.
ii. Click on Debit Card  Click on Generate Green PIN.
iii. Select Account Number  Click on Continue.
iv. Enter ATM card number for which OTP has been received.
v. Enter Expiry Month and Year  Enter 6 digit OTP (received on registered mobile)  Click on Continue.
vi. Enter your New PIN  Confirm New PIN.
vii. Click on Submit. Then, System will store this as PIN and you will get the confirmation message on Mobile screen.
